• Users: refers to any person using the website including clients, landlords, agents, artisans, etc.

This website is set up to and functions as a real estate market place, that seeks to enhance meeting and facilitate transactions between thousands of buyers and sellers of real estate. Specifically, users are able to;

Eauston Properties takes strict action against illegal act, offensive behaviors that our service deemed inappropriate.
In the light of these terms, we expect users to not use the website:
• To publish materials from non-reliable vendors or clients.
• To resell, rent or sub-lessee material from the site.
• Reproduce or duplicate material
• Redistribute contents from the site
• To impersonate, harass or cause harm to the use of the site.
• To publish contents that contains any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material that may be harmful to users/and or the site.
Jurisdiction/ Governing law/ Dispute resolution
All questions pertaining to the construction, validity, enforcement and interpretation of this Agreement SHALL be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with specific allusion to the CAMA 2021, Arbitration and Conciliation Act (ACA) FRN 1988 Any controversy or claim arising from or relating to this Agreement or the breach thereof, shall exclusively be settled by the Arbitral Tribunal of the FRN. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The hearings will be held online in accordance with IACC Rules.
These terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria without regard to any conflict of laws provision. The waiver of any provision of these terms shall not be considered a waiver of any other provision or of our right to require strict observance of each of the terms herein. If any provision of these terms is found to be enforceable or invalid for any reason, that provision shall be severable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Only a state High court in the Federal Republic of Nigeria shall have jurisdiction to entertain and here claims bothering on the interpretation or violation of these terms and policies, depending on the particular state in which a cause of action shall arise.
Limitation of liability and disclaimer of warranties
The object for which this platform is created is the connecting of buyers and sellers of landed properties. Use of the platform is unrestricted, and given the masses, we have put in place a mechanism that verifies the authenticity of landlords and agents in a bid to avoid fraud-related complaints. Although Users are advised to only transact with verified agents, they are at liberty to choose which agent or landlord to transact with and by so doing take full responsibility for their choices. It expresses that the liability of the company is limited to interactions between clients and verified landlords and agents. We exonerate ourselves of every liability that may arise from user’s misguided dealings with unverified landlords and agents.

This website and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), distinctive signs, features and functionality are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company (Eauston Solutions and Properties) and its licensors. Account Termination Information:
To a maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the rights to,
• Strictly approve immediate termination of user accounts, contents and information that causes breach of these terms and condition of our service.
• Terminate user accounts that continuously infringe on other users’ rights to our services without prior notice.
• To decide whether content on our service complies with our terms and policies requirements and may choose to remove such content and deactivate user account.
